1.Save a really tiny image to your computer.
2. Then Copy and Past this onto your External CSS Page.

3.You can use whatever image you want in place of the one I’ve provided. Just change where it says “sparklelink.gif” to your image name
4.If you only want the background image on your link to show when you hover over it, use this code instead:
